Undergraduate Student
Ellie is a junior Nutrition major with hopes of attending medical school and becoming an endocrinologist in the future. Her research interests include nutrition related to hormone levels and PCOS symptoms and morphology. Currently, she is working on a menstrual diary study, conducting diet recall interviews, and beginning a personal research question to present at student research week.
